[QUOTE="very_irreverand_Bill, post: 24502394"] Hello All. My moniker is {The} Very Irreverand Bill. I am a faithless missionary. I am a freethinker, a Nontheist/Antitheist, a progressive/weak/simple Deist{any deistically base doffshoots such as Pandiesm/Panendeism}. I am a devouted fan of metal music{particualrly the more extreme styles}. I was raised a maintream Christian{but given leeway to make my "mistakes"}, spent from my mid-late teens till age 25 as a devoted Born Again, non-denominational protestant Christian{w/evangelical,charismatic, and pentecostal leanings}. In 2004 I lost faith, became a Classic Deist, over the last couple years I've explored a few different nontheistic, faithless, and occult ideologies. I'm still researching the occult philosophies that interest me{but aside from symbolism, I'm skeptical of anything else about the occult-but w/open mind}. Over time I've simplified my Deistic leanings, shedding the "classic deism" ideas, and could be best described as a Nontheist or an Antitheist or simply as "faithless"{as I am "uncertain" about most things, rational but open minded}, I would guess the only thing that seperates me from the other Nontheistic/antitheistic philosopies of Athiesm and Agnosticism is that I believe in the "probability' of an intelligent First Cause{all other definings of said first cause are open to speculation}. I like to share and recieve ideas w/an open but skeptical mind, and I like to discuss and debate. It's my thing. Anyways, Hope to have some interesting conversations here. Later.
