At first I made a typo and it said Crazy "Insian" which almost says "crazy insane", LOL... this stuff is really good though if you like Indian foods and spicy stuff.. First one is what I made today and I have not tasted something so good in along time..I think the Indian spice tea pinch added had something to do with it. I don't usually measure ingredients, just pinch and dash or dump..all depends... some stuff I write down as measures... I make this stuff in a Wok or large frying pan INDIAN SPICE TEA CHICKEN Chicken Diced Red Pepper, Sweet Potato, Onion, garlic, and round yellow squash (I have no clue what kind of squash, it grew wild from composted seeds this year..all I know is the meat is yellow, its tender enough to almost eat raw, and is organic..its a yellow ball with green on the very bottom.) Lavender flowers Indian spice tea (Like a 1/2 teaspoon) Tyme Kosher salt E.V. Olive oil balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Butter (about 2 tablespoons) Paprika Broccoli seed.. When almost done sprinkle whole wheat flour in to soak up juices and fry another couple minutes.... ------------------------------------------------------- CRAZY INDIAN CHICKEN (Something I made last month...I actually measured stuff here...rare!) 4 Chicken breasts, boneless. water, 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice Birdseye chili peppers..crushed, 1 tablespoon Corriander (pinch) Mace (Pinch) Muchi Curri (tablespoon) Garam Masala (pinch) Kosher salt (1 teaspoon) Oregano (1/2 teaspoon) Onion powder ( 2 tablespoons) lavender flowers (2 tablespoons) Diced sweet potato and squash, any kind (I used green summer squash for this one) Bring to boil and let all the stuff simmer..there is no time on it, just make sure chicken is cooked and keep tasting till its ready, and don't burn it... I did not add garlic to this particular dish but you could add 2 cloves chopped fresh garlic.
