Not allowing water is a big red flag. You can die from heat stroke during a workout in the heat. Hydrating in cold is important too since we tend to drink less when we're not hot and sweating. That's great. My school does that as well and it makes so much difference.

Still playing Pokemon Go. It's been a blast. It's the first app game I've really gotten into hardcore. I've been walking a whole lot more and I feel better all around.

I've been slowly working my way through B5. It's getting better and better. I'm about halfway into S3. Force Awakens has pushed me back into full Star Wars fanboi mode. It's just a massively enjoyable movie, flaws aside.

Kinda of why I'm against holy symbols. Aren't we commanded not to have those sorts of images? No symbol, nothing to attack. That's how I look at it. So I just finished S2 this week. Wow. Punisher was great. They cast the perfect actor to play him.

Attack the Block. It has "Finn" from Star Wars! It was a good alien attack movie. Set in South London with lots of kids, so it was chav-tastic. :)
