Matthew 24, verse by verse - Fulfilled

Their two distinct Discourses with two distinct messages. That's what people overlook. There is no way to argue the Abomination of Desolation happened in 70 A.D., because it's suppsoed to be an unmistakable event, and the terms has a very prescice meaning in jewish thought. it can't apply to...

Matthew 24, verse by verse - Fulfilled

Matthew 24 is foretelling the Church being hated of all Nations (Gentiles) for Jesus's namesake. Matthew 24 has no Audience, it's a private meeting with the 12. Luke 21 is the Discourse he preached Publicly. That was is mainly about 70 A.D., but it jumps forward after "until the Times of the...

Matthew 24, verse by verse - Fulfilled

The End of the Old Testament age was John The Baptist. "The law and the Prophets were until John". Verses 4-8 are the Non signs, their the only thing all 3 accounts of the Discourse have in common. They characterize the Entire Church Age. Matthew 24 only foretells Gentile persecution, while...

To Rapture Believers: 1 Thess. 4:16 vs John 6:39-40,44,54

The Thousand years can't begin until Jesus is reigning on Earth with the Resurrected Saints. Amilenialims requires allegorizeing the Resurrection.

To Rapture Believers: 1 Thess. 4:16 vs John 6:39-40,44,54

I've noticed a correlation between Joel 2 and Revelation 9

No, Peter cited part of Joel out of context at Pentacost, like Matthew cites many OT verses out of Context to apply them to Jesus. The Church Age began at Pentacost, but the grander context of Joel is clearly about the end of The Church Age.

I've noticed a correlation between Joel 2 and Revelation 9

The debate about the Rapture if when not if. Either way the point if a correlation between the 6th and 7th Trumpets. Allot fo Post-Tribbers consider the Seventh Trump view compatible with theirs because they have the chronology of the Judgments all garbled.

I've noticed a correlation between Joel 2 and Revelation 9

Chiefly that the Trumpet sounded at the start of Joel 1 is the Sixth Trumpet of Revelation, the Second Woe. And that the Trumpet in Verse 15 is the Seventh Trumpet. Which lends supprot to the Seventh Trumpet view of The Rapture. I did a Google search on the subject, and it seems no one else...

    The real meaning of futurism

I thought Preterism was dependent on viewing Babylon as Rome? The Beast burning Babylon refers to Nero burning Rome. The idea that Jerusalem is Babylon, whether from a Preterist or Futurist perspective is silly. Jerusalem is clearly distinct form Babylonin Revelation 11, Jeruslame is under...

    The real meaning of futurism

So if Revelation is about 70 A.D. how come it doesn't mention the Temple and Jerusalem being destroyed, or the Jews being carried away captive? All things addressed in Luke 21.

Zachariah 11, Three shepherds cut off?

The King, priest and Prophet things makes sens,e thanks, I should've thought of that. I still see the Idol Shepard as Judas however "who leaveth the flock" is intresting to compare to how Yeshua defined him as the only Dsiclpe who is lost, and says his being lost fulfills scripture.

    The four Empires of Daniel

Also I believe the being "Born again" of John 3 speaks of the Resurrection not when your saved. Contrary to popular usage. In I Samuel Saul's salvation is defined as being given New Heart.

    The four Empires of Daniel

If your denying that Daniel 4 tell us Nebuchadnezer is a Saved individual, that's Blasphemous to me. That's a Historical chapter, any typological significance it has is secondary. The Beast and Satan are distinct personages. There is no evidence Satan ever indwells in him. Satan simply gives...

    The four Empires of Daniel

Read Revelation 17, that tells us who wages War on Babylon. Being Given a New heart is an idium of being Saved, read Daniel 4. All of the fouding Kings of the first 3 are saved and will be in the Millennium.

Zec 12-13, Bringing the Jews home to Christ

Salvation is not connected to ethnicity. But neither the Church or Israel's covenant is synonymous with Salvation, there will be Saved who are apart of neither and some who are heirs to both. Romans 11 makes clear Israel's blindness is temporary.
