Who really knows what was going on in the private life of Dr. Stanly, and his wife?

I don't write on here very offten, but I think Charles Stanly is a Godly pastor, but he is not sinless; "Will all who are perfect please cast the first stone." What I understand is he offered to resign, but the church wanted him to stay.

I think what is needed here is a Definition of repent, then go to a good concordance and all the places in the new testament you find repent, read it, and see what conclusion you come to; no one but God can convict a person of the need to change, and God does that through His Holy Word.
