After doing many of those things you described, voices and intrusive thoughts would persist, finding ever more clever ways to torment. I do not wish the same for you, are you on any medications?

careful with bible reading and hearing voices. Intrusive thoughts can really mess with your understanding of things, especially if you're under some type of delusion. Trying to ignore voices is a good start, but it seems like they are to distract you, and to mess with you as much as possible.

I use to feel as you.....I have also dealt with voices and the like. Maybe you should see another psychiatrist? Abilify worked for me in regards to the voices. Maybe you just need to find a medication that will work for you? I know it is hard, but don't give up.

Don't put your trust in a cross around your neck for protection against attacks. Pray to God, in the name of Jesus Christ for alleviation of your suffering. Do you take meds?
