I'm only 21, I'm not real fat but I'm a little overwieght. I never really lost the weight after I had my son hes almost 2 now, and I want to loose the weight before summer vaction. Im 5'3 and 145lbs...I want to be at least 125lbs. If anyone knows of foods i need to eat to loose weight or foods...
