I feel really sorry for you. IBUYPOWER is one of the worst companies to deal with. Compared to other custom computer manufacturers, their tech support/customer service, and quality control is just terrible. A while back I was planning on getting a custom system from them until I did some research on them. They have a huge number of negative reviews. CyberpowerPC is another one to avoid as well.
