Yes there can be some truth in it.Yeah, don't take it as gospel. It was only a general analysis of how children tend to develop in that environment. Obviously there are many other factors in people's lives that shape them.

The stereotypes of older, middle, younger are often true. I saw this the other day and it sums up my family pretty well:
I am a middle child with two brothers. My older brother was very bossy and just did his own thing, while my younger always seemed to get the most attention and got away with a lot. I on the other hand always felt like the odd one out. And despite my brothers hitting and breaking things when they got angry, I would never start fights or break anything. I would however fight back when my younger started a fight, LOL. So yeah... just don't forget about your middle.
