I can relate to this. I sometimes think I am too introverted and independent by nature and that's why I rarely feel that attraction to others.

I think it can mean different things to different people, but I definitely agree with that. Perhaps we are matured more and see things clearer than before, so it is very likely you now know what you are looking for more than before and it subtracts a lot of people from the equation. I don't know if you are an introvert or not, and I know that not everyone is the same, but I think for some introverts, it can sap out a lot of energy every time we like someone, so it is easier not to expend our energy into it when we can see how it would turn out in the long run. For me, I just don't really bother thinking about those things. I also think it is good to save our heart for the right one, though I know not everyone thinks the same way on it.

I can totally agree on that. I can be both, introvert and outgoing. It just depends how much financial freedom I have too. I feel most of my energy sapped with those who don't share the same lifestyle. You're right and I think that's basically where I am right now. Waiting for the right one and if not, that's ok too. I'm actually much more comfortable being single than I ever felt before.
