Ya know for the life of me I'm not sure what kind of Christian I am. Do I think it really matters.....no not really, I love and fear God, I accept his son Jesus as my personal savior and I believe the bible Is Gods word.

That all being said, I haven't been to a church in quite some time, I'm raising my son to be a good Christian man and we actively pray as a family and have spiritual conversations along with reading the bible together. What I don't have is any idea what I'm technically called...

If I had to classify myself I'd say I'm a Templar Christian, a warrior Christian. But I'm not sure where that fits in. I'm definitely not a pacifist, nor am I touchy feely. I'm not a Calvinist and don't believe in pre destination. I'm not a Catholic nor a Mormon, though funny story I almost became a priest until I realized I like woman a bit to much.

So really not sure what I am, but I'm comfortable with Templar.

Its good to not identify with any denomination. Its good to just be a Christian. Denominations and labels only take our attention off of oneness. If more people would read scripture instead of listening to the divided voices of theology, then they would be free from it all.

I would say you might benefit from some research. While your views might exclude a few churches, it doesn't narrow the list much.
