It's pretty clearly the google people being silly.
What is your alternate explanation?
The Illuminati giving away their secret plans for no reason?
God warning people by hacking computer servers?
The whole 23 9 15 thing might be worrying to a very small number of religious people, but you have to remember that to the rest of us it is exactly as ridiculous as the equally sincere beliefs about 21 5 11 and 21 12 12.

Worlds gunna end on 23rd September. One camp of doomsayers say it's gunna be an asteroid, others say a financial collapse, but here, CERN generated black hole seems popular.

It's clear when CERN open the stargate for the Shiva-anunnaki to come through the energy will create a black hole and the resulting gravity will draw down the asteroid.
(I think that's all the different theories about September)
