That's actually not a bad idea. The last thing I'd want to do immediately after leg day is have to do deal with stairs.
That makes the Down one understandable.... but if you are going to work your legs...... why be so lazy as to avoid the stairs? When I am working out, leg days aren't ruined because I walked up a few extra stairs....... IF anything it helps give them a warm up for anyone that might have been sedentary all day before their workout.
Even down is a stretch, cause if you need a wheel chair after your leg days.... you over did it. Cause youd still have to walk to the car....... I've worked my legs to exhaustion.... stairs are unpleasant, but if I worked them Id still take the stairs.
