It isn't difficult to become a Christian. I teach a Sunday school class full of 1st and 2nd graders and I break it down pretty simply for them into an ABC process. A-Admit you are a sinner and that you need the saving grace of Jesus. B-Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Believe that He came to this Earth and took your sins (and mine) to the cross and gave His life as a sacrifice. At this point, you are a Christian and that leads to... C-Confess this to the world and get Baptized as sign of your new faith in Jesus Christ.

You can say a prayer to God right now telling Him you know that you are a sinner and you want to make this decision and that you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You don't have to join a church to do any of this, but it would be a good idea to find a good home church as a next step after accepting Jesus. Hopefully, this is helpful and I wish you well in your new life, reborn as a child of God.

You don't have to say anything. Usually, an ordained minister will do the Baptizing. That's why I do suggest becoming part of a church body. Your pastor can take care of the Baptizing and the words to be said. Different churches and denominations do it different ways. You may want to visit a few different ones. God bless you!

Hi there; good to see you. Why not read Old Testament Scriptures which speak of the suffering Messiah at the Cross (e.g., Isaiah 53)? and read the Gospel accounts also? Psalm 23 speaks of the shepherd and John 10 also; as does Hebrews 13; the Epistle to the Hebrews gives so much heartening information about how what the Old Testament pointed forward to is fulfilled in the Person and Work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Keep reading carefully and trustingly! :)

No problem. Don't let the Baptism thing slow you down from accepting and starting a relationship with Jesus, though. Those things can be done right now.
It's will be okay if i will start first with the 2 steps and step "c" i will start in the future? (when i will find a church)
