Your logic is flawed. I'll give you an example of it.

You are driving out in the country and you come upon a sign that says 'Road Closed', so because you can't continue on that road and obey the laws for driving (speed limit, ,stop signs etc), you don't bother to obey those laws anywhere else you drive.

Now do you think that a policeman who pulls you over for say speeding will accept the reasoning from you that because you couldn't travel on a certain road and keep the rules there that you reasoned that you didn't have to keep them anywhere

If so I see a lot of tickets in your future..

You are living in 2015 and there is no (temple) so because you can't keep the statues and commandments pertaining to that place of worship you don't bother to keep any of the other laws given at Sinai. You go about eating , , not caring which is what, etc, basically doing your own thing.

Now do you think that when day comes and asks you why you didn't keep his and you say because you couldn't keep some because there wasn't a temple standing, that you reasoned that you didn't have to keep any of them
