More will be the Spirit filling and directive, more you empty yourself!

The word became flesh in Jesus, therefore that which he preached is the holy word. Read your bible and you will find the truth in it.

I know that Jesus is the Word of God but that is not my question. The words that Jesus spoke was spirit and life. We cannot understand anything that Jesus was really saying with our natural mind. After all the disciples couldn't even understand him and they lived with him. What is the Holy Spirit's job in helping us understand what exactly is the Word of God? The only way to know the spirit and the truth behind Jesus' words is by the Holy Spirit teaching us. The Gospel of Luke tells us some of the things that Jesus said. The Gospel of Thomas also says that Jesus said things. But the Spirit of God will show us the truth or lack there of in these words.
What about the Gospel that Paul preached?
It is totally different than what Jesus was preaching.
"ALL scripture is God breathed."Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to discern the truth and speak about Him. Therefore, all writings are to be held against the light of the Holy Spirit to interpret. Otherwise, it becomes personal interpretation of the words that can be added, deleted or mistranslated.
