I couldn't agree more! The scriptures related to korban are among the most important, meaningful, and beautiful passages that there are. It is very irritating how they are generally pushed aside by Christians, and Messianics (they were relegated to some kind of a "rehearsal" in this very thread)...

They most certainly do teach that Mashiakh will be involved (directly or indirectly) in the rebuilding of the Beit HaMikdash. For anyone who is interested, here is some more information on the Rebuilding of the Third Temple. Where does the Tanakh support that concept, please?
