For me, I choose physical touch. I love to be held and touched and in these moments I feel safe and secure, loved, and I feel it is quality time as well.

You might want to check out Simplicity's "Simply the best sewing book". these can be found at most libraries and local superstores like Wal-Mart. I love this book, hope it helps!
