I am a college student from the San Antonio Metro Area and I major in Anthropology. I love all things academic. I grew up Christian, but can no longer support that faith and its antiquated ideas and beliefs. As a gay guy, I have to move beyond the dehumanization and hate that Christianity has for me, and I need to step into the freedom, wholeness, humanity, and equality that can only be found when I throw off the shackles of my inherited faith and choose to be truly me.
