Same here and I'm an atheist. I love games all the same but I rarely play now and I get bored very quickly. Maybe I've grown out of them.

I don't know how you could explain it other than "It's only a game. Do you think Lord of the Rings is Satanic?". I doubt she would have ever liked Magic Carpet 2: Netherworlds then. P.S. Magic Carpet 2 is awesome.

I love that game. Age of Empires 2 is my favouite game of all time! I played it for 6 years online daily for like 8-12 hours a day ;)

I agree science can't rule out the existence of God. God is unfalsifiable. If God were falsifiable and within the realms of science then if some evidence for him were found then I could believe.

@ Steven yeah that kind of supports what Kant was saying. The problem I have is that without evidence of some kind I don't see how I can believe, I only see how I can hope. I don't think it's possible to believe without believing something is convincing, I see belief as a propositional thing...

Immanuel Kant dealt with it all and his belief was that if God could be proven it would make faith pointless. He saw it as a strength of Christianity for God to be unprovable because that's what makes faith special, according to Kant. I personally am not convinced by any arguments and I don't...
