Is there anyone else better than Biden or Trump for President?

I find it hilarious that so many people on the left are so gullible that they think Biden cooperating with his own DOJ after the fact, and telling the special prosecutor when and how he broke the law makes it A-Ok.
No one has been saying that it is a-ok for Biden to have had classified documents on his property. Biden has given them back, in acknowledgement that it isn't OK for him to posses them

Which of Trump's court cases will happen before the Republican convention July 15 -18? The DC January 6, 2021 Capitol event one is really problematic and not looking good for Trump. Many prosecutions of hundreds before, not friendly jury city like New York, and criminal charges involved. Tell me if any way he can get out of it without serious punishment and political fallout.

It like the whole Rittenhouse thing where the media kept saying "he crossed state lines"! and because it got repeated enough times....people bought it. They thought it was an element of the crime that meant something.

Hey, this bank robber admitted to bank robbery and returned all the money. He's basically innocent.

Anyone who has a top secret classification can tell you....cooperation with your investigation would, at best, get your charges or sentence reduced. They wouldn't get them dismissed.
Except for those who think the secret papers business is just a leftist plot to get Trump, why isn't there more concern about whoever is supposed to be in charge of the security of these papers? Secret papers are everywhere, apparently. Trump had some, Pence had some Biden had some, and so on. Did they send in ninjas to steal them? No, they simply had their aides shuffle them into boxes and casually carried them away, What's that about?

The DC case was due to go to trial on March 4th, but it has been suspended until the "presidential immunity" claim is resolved. If Trump appeals tomorrow and is quickly rejected, that might only be delayed until sometime in May.

The NY County DA case is due to go to trial in late March.

The others are unlikely to go to trial this year.

Probably not.

It seems that quite often people get done for the cover up.

D Trump had the officials working with him for about a year, with kid gloves, trying very hard to get him to give the documents back, finally they got fed up and ordered the raid of his property.

If he had just complied then he would be in the same position as Biden and Pence.
If Biden or Pence had refused, and lied and what not, then they would be in the same position as Trump.

Wow...don't kid yourself.

The only reason he's facing charges is because he's Trump. The special prosecutor made clear that basically all presidents inevitably walk out of their terms with classified docs. Trump is the only one charged with a crime because of it.

Exactly. And crossing state lines for Rittenhouse was a matter of a 10 minute drive.

Predictable opinion from someone that is clearly all in on the Maga train.

Maybe we should just ignore the parts about, lying, concealing and refusing to comply

Why do magas feel pence isn't being done

I doubt that a New York jury would be friendly to Trump.

No one with any integrity will want the job. If they did something silly or foolish in school, or said the wrong thing, they and their family will be drug through the mud by the press - especially if they are a dreaded "conservative". If they had a good reputation, it is gone in a flash.

Or they can work in the private sector make better money, and be left alone. Which would you choose?

Republican primary voters are making their choice to not choose someone much better who stood up. They had some good options.
The primary is over before it started. After Iowa it was over. I get to vote in March, and everyone dropped out, mainly because the press only focuses on 2 candidates.

Just to clear any possible confusion, the Capitol January 6 trial venue is DC, jury pool is voters 90÷% voted for Hillary and Biden.

DeSantis is one of them. As governor of Florida, he has a record of standing up against evils. I believe though sadly he is delaying his Presidential aspirations until 2028.

As Republicans, we should be united as a mass write in campaign for one of the others. If Trump is convicted after being nominated by the July Republican convention, its a strategy that could work. Especially more so if Democrats fall away from Biden on his mental issues.

I disagree, but anyway it will be interesting to see how the courts decide on each of the charges. I see that in right wing circles many are promoting this idea of the system being harsh on Republicans but lenient on democrats. It will be interesting to see if leniency is granted to pence for complying.
Pence is not running for office at this time so he has nothing to worry about. If it was looking like he was going to win the primary I bet things would be different

That's what voir dire is for.

Looked up Wikipedia stats for DC for last two elections, less than 20k active voters for jury pool voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020. The perhaps nonbiased independent, 3rd party, and write in jury pool less than 5% of the active voters. Good luck finding any jurors totally out of touch with politics the last 10 years.

There is ne evidence at all that any of the prosecutors are interested in influencing the outcome of the election. They are just doing their job by investigating crimes and putting forth indictments when they think they have a strong case. It is just unfortunate that Trump has done so many illegal things

Politics, pay offs and favoritism played a big part in who got prosecuted in the Circuit that I worked and that was just five counties. Surely you are not as naive as your post sounds.
