So, it would also be all right to attack teachers who promote politically conservative views?

I don't think it's alright to practice name calling for any group. But people are free to gripe about whatever they want to.

Comments like Trump Jr.'s have the effect of undermining the educational system.

That's rather alarmist. I don't think that anyone is going to be pulling their children out of public school simply because Don Jr. successfully undermined it. There are plenty of better reasons to not use the public school system.

What a vacuous little turd.

Unsurprising coming from a Trump. Or perhaps I should say his comments are par for the course, since that's where Trump likes to spend a significant amount of time despite apparently being in a national emergency.

So speaking your mind against socialism is authoritarianism. Just love how the left murders the language and makes everything mean the exact opposite of reality. I'd say he was directly talking to you and your "education."

I think language like 'loser teachers' and 'bring it to them' implies it is ok to attack them - he just didn't clarify whether that was verbally of physically.

"these loser teachers" is painting with a very broad brush.

Sounds specific to "loser" teachers not all teachers. Besides, some teachers suck. Others are great. Not all teachers care or put in a full days worth of work. I can only think of two maybe three teachers that had an influence on me.

The left loves to twist and torture the obvious for political purposes. Plus they can't help but project the evil so prevalent in their own hearts upon those who stand in the way of their ambitions. So no, every sane person, which means almost everyone on America's political right knows exactly what he means. Which is, stand up to them, stand against lies and stand up for truth.

What did you teach in the science area.
There are many varied curricula in home schooling to teach from - in all subjects including the sciences - in print form or some type of digital format. The parent can pick and choose what type of curriculum best suits his/her child. My son who was home schooled by my wife who doesn't have any background in the sciences/math is now a mechanical engineer. Go figure.

...but is is perfectly acceptable for elected representatives to refer to POTUS with a very pejorative, vile 12 letter epithet and another elected representative to call for the execution of the POTUS.

What elected representative has called for assassinating Trump?

Are you suggesting the right doesn’t twist words and take quotes out of context?

As does the right from what we see overseas in varied international media.

PS. and Twitter :)

The Trump family have become the flag bearers for the new Age Of Ignorance. This has nothing to do with socialism, conservatism, or liberals. Nothing. That is just a battle cry they use to shout down opponents.

The Trumps are the poster boys for the kids who fell asleep in class when the teacher was talking about manners, citizenship, and the Constitution.

True. Back in my chat days the room was filled with teachers. I was pretty shocked. It was during school hours. And it wasn't a wholesome place.

That's an ironic statement coming from a Trump supporter.

Trump's most notable insults

Donald Trump’s Long Record of Degrading Women

A running list of all the worst things Donald Trump has said about women. It’s long.

Here Are The Ways Donald Trump Has Insulted Americans More Than Hillary Clinton

Donald Trump vs. Elizabeth Warren: Here are all the Times Trump has Mocked Warren

28 Sexist Donald Trump Quotes About Women - 23 Times Donald Trump Insulted Women

The 551 People, Places and Things Donald Trump Has Insulted on Twitter: A Complete List

The New York Times used 2 full pages to print all of Donald Trump's insults from the campaign

Trump Is on Track to Insult 650 People, Places and Things on Twitter by the End of His First Term

Conservative Christians who support Donald Trump don't have a moral right to complain and point a judgmental finger at liberals for any kind of sinful behavior. Any attempt to pretend to be morally indignant at liberals for their immoral behavior and to point a judgmental finger at said liberals could be seen as blatant hypocrisy on the part of the conservative Christian Trump supporter.

I don't know about Trump's socialist teachers. But my teachers were often shocking to me back in the 80's when I went to school. So I can understand speaking out against some of them. Most teachers I liked, but there were that few that were clearly not liking their country.

Or perhaps they loved their country so much that they wanted to change it for the better?

Sure there are a few on the right that do that. We don’t have to lie about who we are or our political opponents are though.
