Exactly what I thought, too. Guys don't usually "waste time" with just hanging out, being friends, etc, with girls they don't know. That's girl stuff. A guy asking a girl out is a date.

i talked to CG on the phone this morn. it was a fantastic way to start my day. he probably will not end up working at camp, which is fine because of his hesitations about it and my hesitations about it and how i think that God is definitely at work in some way. just don't know how, but i'm excited to have caught on.

yeaahhhh!! how'd it go?

Good. It was kind of a whim for me to invite her, and she said yes, which made me go We talked about faith and scripture mostly, and she said she felt great that she could talk so freely about it with me, and I said vice versa.

She was feeling kinda sick though, and I found out later that she threw up her dinner. She had to go to work, which made me feel bad, but we kept in touch with text. I sent her Romans 8:18, which seemed to make her feel better. I'll text her sometime tomorrow to make sure she's doing fine, right now I just want to let her rest.
