As for the stars & the moon we only see them at night & the sun daily.

If you believe in the flat earth, the firmament in front of the camera should be full of stars. Remember, flat earth does not rotate, so you would always see both night and day over the flat earth - the sun, the moon, the stars. Only parts of it would be activated/deactivated, above different parts of the world.

Or, oh mine, are you trying to say that the night with stars is behind the horizon, i.e. on the other side of the globe, where the sun does not shine?
