I met with my aunt in hospice today. She didn't seem worried about much. She wanted to get updated on what we were doing. One thing she said (in reference to music at her funeral) was, "I'll be able to listen to it one last time. Don't know if I will hear it or not." So she wasn't just being glib because of the second statement. She really thought there was a possibility of that. And we know that after a person dies they are still conscious from NDEs. In Jewish thought at the time of Jesus, it was thought it took three days for the spirit to leave the body after death. It seems she knows about this and I highly doubt she is up to date on the latest NDE research. She knew.
Then, on a whim, I decided to check out this artist's Facebook profile on a whim. He's a great artist. His name is Ben Dixon. I like his metal covers because he really tries to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with the gifts God has given him with his music. Well, it turns out that Ben had recently shared the exact same song of one of the two songs my aunt wanted to be played at her funeral. I just happened to check his profile and saw the song there. I very rarely check out other people's profiles so I know this was from God.
Here's the song if you want to listen to it. FYI, the song was released on YouTube on the exact day that I met with her (October 23).
