fall is coming, Church is going to have holiday events to attend and bonfire bible studies... why miss them because you are sick?
Daily maintenance:
-take a good multivitamin. I'd recommend a liquid one.
it gets through your intestines and absorbs much better than a "horse pill".
-take a good D supplement. like fish oil.
-take a good B supplement for energy.
-buy an herbal product called "de-cold", $39 on Amazon.com and take one a day.
-take a good priobiotic daily.
Onset of cold symptoms:
-take decold 2-3 times a day
-take an echinacea-goldenseal capsule twice a day
-eat candied ginger or drink ginger tea
-take 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in the morning and again at night
If the cold gets worse anyway
-up the dosages of all that
-include mucinex
-take acetaminaphen for the pain/fever if you have to
if it's the flu
-take all that plus Occillococcinum, an herbal flu rememdy that's now available at small health food stores and major grocery stores.
if it turns out to be a stubborn sinus infection
-take colloidal silver and alot higher doses of echinacea
if it gets in your chest and those things are all managing it but not defeating it,
-go get a z-pack at the doctor. but antibiotics should be your last resort.
