This week's task is to produce and sell the Mazing candy bar, a product of M&Ms. Apex made $560.75, and Mosaic made $1,023.11. As their reward, Mosaic flew to Chicago to tour the new building project headed by Bill Rancic. As for Apex, they went to the boardroom, where Ivana was fired.

The Winning Project Manager will not be exempt from firing next week since it is the interview episode.

I think she had it right when she said her strong point isn't as a PM, but in a support role.

If so then she really couldn't have filled an executive level postion then. Good riddance I say....

I can't believe Ivana stripped! Even if she was wearing bikini bottoms. What kind of business woman is she? I wouldn't want someone who would succumb to pressure in that manner running my company.

I didn't like what Ivana did, but she had a point about the underwear...they were actually pretty cute and short-like. But, that's besides the point that she is representing someone other than herself...in a not-so-classy way (especially for business). I felt that she would have been fine if she hadn't gotten so flustered...she made it into a big deal before they even asked her really to explain herself. If she had argued that most of her team's wins had come from her creative contributions, she may have been able to pull out of there ok.

I just knew Ivana wouldn't make it to the end. Especially with that name. But her finally actions were the death of her - too unprofessional, regardless of her justifications. But of the final four, who do you think has the best shot at winning. I'm thinking it has to be one of the men. Both women are a bit too ditsy. I think Kelly has done the best overall job so far, but I kinda see Donald not going for the same Bill type again. But who knows, I thought this year, originally, he'd go for a women, but I doubt that will happen.

I think Jen wins. Her experience as an attorney will serve her well in the interview stage.

Kelly hasn't been terrible impressive. He slipped through as project manager of a winning team when Sandy did all the work (Bridal show) and then got immunity for the next week.

It really all depends on what Trump as available as a position. Sandy could easily run his modeling agency based on her bridal salon background.

I think Donald is on to Jen.. He's been mentioning how easy she's been slipping through on several occasions. Kelly has been quite stable as a leader through the whole series, so I'd put my money on him..

btw: I'm really glad Ivana got fired for that stunt!

Ivana was so sad taking off her skirt for $20 on the streets of New York. She had the air of a desperate prostitute. It's such a shame that she did that because that's what she's going to be known for now for the rest of her life. Not "the girl who had the clever idea for the jeans challenge" or anything like that. Nope, she's gonna forever be "the girl who stripped for $20".

NOw, I understand why she felt she had to do that, competing against two hot blondes in tight red shirts, short skirts and high heels; yeah, they looked anything but classy. They used sex to sell too. They just did it better. And kept their clothes on.

I think Lancers has a good point in that Jen will probably be very cool in the interview. Funny comment from Sandy last week though when she said that Jen was like a mannequin and showed NO emotion at all and that having a personal relationship with her was impossible.
Precisley why she won't win though. Who could possibley feel passionate about working for her?
Sandy is starting to grow on me but I like Kevin too. I like Kelly as well though. Boy I'm really decisive eh? Good thing I'm not interviewing for hte job.
The interview will do it for me. They will all have to stand on their own two feet finally. Looking forward to it.

I didn't think Jen and Sandy looked all that bad. At least they kept their clothes on. Is it something I would have done? No, mainly because I am not a blonde bombshell like the are. But it worked for them, and to me it wasn't remotely over the top. I think Ivana's stunt just can't be justified, not matter how hard you try. Taking off your clothes on national tv, even if you do have bikini bottoms on underneath, has no place from someone who wants an executive position. Not classy at all.

Plus, I am surprised Ivana got as far as she did, with her name!

I think that Jen and Sandy had a fantastic idea (M&M twins) for selling the candy. They could have been a bit more classy and a bit less sleezy and I believe they would still have been successful.

I agreed with Carolyn about Ivana's trick. She didn't sell that candy bar for $20. She sold her dignity and integrity for a lousy 20 bucks. Sad! Very sad!

But a very interesting show. Slow at first but got better!
