Decided to change my sig.. I've stated for a while that sadism is a form of empathy. Happy to hear other people have similar ideas.

Still think the theme of the quote is similar to my previous quotes. One major problem I see in the feminist/SJW communities is hyper empathy. If you read more from Paul Bloom about why empathy isn't always a good thing. Empathy can lead to hyper focus on certain things to the exclusion of others. Therefore not bringing forth a larger picture of issues. Feminists focus on the poor damsel women and ignore the men (some more malicious about that than others..), black people avoid accountability for their actions.. etc.

There are studies that indicate the more one has empathy about something the more they're willing to harm others. Makes sense considering the more you feel for others the more emotional weight you can turn that into straight anger/sadism.

One of the reasons I laugh when the odd feminist tells me that women are more morally superior to men because they're more "empathetic".

Me too! Haha, I was curious to see everyone's handwriting, and whether they actually write out their names in cursive, or just do one of those scribble signatures that looks like a fluctuating seismograph after a powerful earthquake.

As for my signature here, it's of one of my Golden Retrievers on my college's campus! The picture always makes me smile, so I thought it might make people here smile, too (if they don't have signatures disabled, as I actually do, ha).

My signature is pretty much self explanatory with flowers and my favorite verse which was also my high school graduating class (class of 2007)'s class motto (went to a small Christian school- had five including myself in my senior class).
My username is as I've stated before, the tv show Dark Angel (with Jessica Alba and Michael Weatherly) and it's a poem Logan (Michael) wrote for Max (Jessica)... "Forever eyes, dark. Somebody's angel." And I was born in 1988.
And my avatar is just an icon from season two of Dark Angel when she got a virus that if she were to touch him, would kill him because he was a news informant (Logan "EYES ONLY" Cale).
