I have so many thing to achieve in life but I don't know how to go about it. Something within me is telling me that God has given me so many things that can make me a great man in life. Of cause I can see it in my dreams, hear it through small still voice etc. I've attended so many seminars to learn more about what to do in business but setting up is always my problems. Ok, If I can't raise the capital myself, let me look for someone that can set business up for me to manage, no way. In 2010, something told me that if I can't make edge way in life why can't I kill myself. But in another though, death is not a solution to man problems.

By the Grace of God I was able to over come suicide. And again not too long after I married, I think in 2015, that voice also tell me that suicide is the answer to all this problem. I rejected it. But a month ago, I was like if I can't raise capital and there's no one to help me out, let me go into what some people called "Football Trading."

I started doing research online thinking that this is good since am not stealing and beside, no one will know what am doing. I've make arrangement on how am going to go about it but something happen thereafter. The Spirit of God was telling me that I should not do that.

Although, I am going to obey the voice of the Lord. But the question is how can I make my dream come through. I need your advice.

In case you desire to be rich > our Apostle Paul says,

"And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." (1 Timothy 6:8-10)

In seeking money, you can stray from love, so you are trying to only use people. Instead, first get into personally loving and caring for each and every person like how Jesus loves us all >

"And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma." (Ephesians 5:2)

So . . . if you want to be
one of our most worthwhile challenges is to learn how to submit to God (Colossians 3:15) and please Him (1 Peter 3:4) while He has us sharing as family with one another Jesus people (Ephesians 4:2). And His love makes us also all-loving by caring about and reaching to any and all people who still have not trusted Jesus. Discovering and learning this is the best education we can get; plus it is the only truly worthwhile challenge.

Only if we face this challenge, we can be truly satisfied, and become the persons we can be . . . with God.

But how are we doing with this?

In case any of us has failed miserably and we feel like this can not happen because of how we are >

Do not judge by how you are now and how you can fail; but look to God who can do all He means by His word in us, and trust God to succeed in all He desires to do with us and share with us :)

Being a great man in life is about being who God created us to be and doing what He wants us to do. Consistent prayer and Bible reading and getting together regularly with other Christians are part of this.

Accomplishing big things in life is the result of being close to God. Often, the big things in life are God's *promises*, not goals we need to pursue. Our job is the walk closely with God, let Him change us, and become the person He means us to be.

In terms of career or vocation, sometimes it might mean taking a job, working hard at it, learning from it, and gaining skills and experience. In order to start our own company, we need to know how to do it, we need to have the skills and experience to do it successfully. Sometimes we need to know God's timing as to what we need to do at a particular time. Sometimes, God might have us take a job, learn how to do something well, save up money from the job, and then be in a position to have the savings and skills to be able to start our own business.

Thy Will, not mine be done.... perhaps the reason it is so difficult to raise capital is because, as you say, the Spirit is telling you not to do that.
In my own life, pride had been the root of my downfall. Humility is the foundation of my recovery; so on a daily basis, I have to surrender my "greatness" to the One Who I call Lord. In my own life I have experienced and witnessed that God does the impossible with the unlikely, so there is no mistaking Who gets the Glory. God does it; Not the "great man" God does not need great men; he wants willing servants.

When we struggle within our 'own' power, strength and thought to accomplish things and they do not come to pass, our hope is not in God. Who has the power to change even one hair on his own head? When our thoughts are not His thoughts, there is confusion and no peace.

"All things work together for good..." whether we can 'see' it or not. Losing our soul to find it again in Him is coming to the end of 'self'...your thoughts of suicide are the frustration of that inner man's battle to awake to the spirit...it is always darkest before the dawn in the dark night of the soul.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

[for me anyway] I can only speak of this in the manner of following the Lord Jesus Christ: namely that whosoever does actually belong to Christ has denied their own will, and does no longer love the world, neither the things in the world, but are content with food, clothes, and shelter; and also do longer consume upon their selfish desires, but are content with such things as they have: for they no longer look at things which are seen, because those things are temporal; but now they look at things which are not seen, because those things are eternal.
