Those who endeavor to obey all the commandments of God will be opposed and derided......remembering that the Mark of the Beast scenerio is in opposition of the commandments of God (Revelation 14:9-12)
They can stand only in God. In order to endure the trial before them, they must understand the will of God as revealed in His word; they can honor Him only as they have a right conception of His character, government, and purposes, and act in accordance with them.
None but those who have fortified the mind with the truths of the Bible will stand through the last great conflict.
To every soul will come the searching test: Shall I obey God rather than men?
#1.) "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this [is] the whole [duty] of man". (Eccl. 12:13,14)
# 2.) "And the dragon (satan) was wroth (angry) with the woman (true church), and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ".
The decisive hour is even now at hand. Are our feet planted on the rock of God's immutable word ?
20:20 "And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I [am] the LORD your God".
Are we prepared to stand firm in defense of the commandments of God (Exodus 20:3-17) and the faith of Jesus ?
And Jesus said.....
1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
