I am so glad that we finally have a forum of our own! I suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder and so it is very nice to have a forum where I can go to post, fellowship, and learn more about this disorder. Thank you Erwin!

Well actually I'm not under any treatment right now even though I am supposed to be. I am trying to stay away from the anti-depressants and just simply go to counselling alone because I was actually relatively mentally stable before they started putting me on anti-depressants and such.

Thanks. Unfortunately I know my doctor will want me to go back on medication but I really do not want to go back on medication. Besides, I can't afford it. I applied for Medicaid and was denied. My Grandma wants me to appeal it but I am sure its already been 30 days and so I can't appeal it now.

The other day I told someone in my apartments that I have borderline personality disorder and he said "Oh so you have multiple personalities?" and I was like "Um no. Its a mood instability disorder." and then he said something else and I said "No, it means my moods change a lot." I hate it when people think that a person with borderline personality disorder has multiple personalities.
