I can absolutely confirm this to be true. I'm a car designer myself (and have been for almost 20 years), and when we design a car that looks great, we often refer to it as a 'beast' in design reviews. Also, on certain high performance projects, some sales & marketing and design teams aim to have the specific horsepower output to be 666BHP, to add a 'develish' story to press releases.

Post 666 and everything, that's pretty hilarious timing.
