Position: Worship Pastor
Lighthouse London NW3

full time - salary range £27.5 - 40K (depending on experience)
led by the Spirit of God, our calling is to be a beacon of light for NW London and beyond; revealing the full gospel of Jesus' love and power to heal and transform.
Lighthouse's vision is reflected in 4 characteristics which underpin who we are:
Networks: HTB plant, member of Global Awakening, Church of England parish church
Worship is at the centre of our church life. Our church is both local and gathered across NW London. We have a beautiful diversity with people from all nations and backgrounds. Our worship is contemporary and accessible, reflecting our ethnic and spiritual diversity, providing a place for encounter, open to inspiration across genres.
The worship pastor will be someone stirred reading this ad, a committed believer in Jesus, with a passion for Charismatic modern worship, gifted musically, called to lead, motivated to inspire train and equip volunteers.
Key skills will include:
- at ease with different genres of contemporary worship especially across Charismatic and Pentecostal traditions
- gifted musician ideally on both keys and guitar
- experience in leading and forming a worship band
- good understanding of AV and broadcasting
