I see this so often. there is great confusion between what WOF teaches and what the Prosperity Gospel proponents teach.
the two are NOT one in the same, and in many cases are polar opposites.
the Prosperity Gospel is based on the "name it and claim it" (or 'blab it and grab it" as it's detractors phrase it) belief.

What WOF actually teaches is that it's adhearants must first understand the will of God in all things, and then come into agreement with that will.
