If women Pastors are only allowed to teach other women and children should they ask grown men to leave ? Why do men follow women Pastors anyway? Should the men be blamed for allowing a woman to teach them scripture and usurp male authority as church leaders? If this thread doesn't go in this forum could the mods please move it?

No.
Why do men follow women Pastors anyway?
Presumably because in humility and trust that believe and want to hear to word that God has for them in the Pastors ministry.
Should the men be blamed for allowing a woman to teach them scripture and usurp male authority as church leaders?
No

The position of the thread does not bother me.

I regard the biblical attitudes regarding the role of women to be reflective the patriarchal cultural attitudes of long ago and far away. Any organization, religious or secular and including marriage, that fails to include women in leadership roles right up to the very top is guilty of several evils. First, it is the insult to the women themselves by viewing them as less worthy. Second, it is the insult to God by denigrating half of God’s creation. If we continue to treat women in this way, then the human race is condemned to stand on one foot, see with one eye, hear with one ear and think with one half the human mind ---- and it shows.

If a woman can be led by the Spirit there is no reason why she shouldn't be allowed to preach. /discussion
Agreed, but there are many men and woman who will say otherwise.

Men shall not make rules for women, unless
they approve of women making rules for men.
Don't do unto others, lest they do unto you in kind.
The scriptures do not allow for any type of gender discrimination.

Let every woman who is called to preach do so!

Course, I say that knowing that God doesn't call women to preach.

If they're good preachers they preach in the power of God the Spirit.

Then the same is with a woman if she is lead by the same Spirit:

Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

The Spirit doesn't lead women to preach. The verse you've supplied is referring to salvation, not church roles.

Anna preached.Luke 2:37-38.And she didn't need a pulpit. This was a woman who served God with fastings and prayers night and day.I call that being a dedicated lover of God.
