Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik, a close friend of John Podesta (Hillary Clinton's close advisor and campaign chairman) leaked information on the House Justice Committee oversight hearing prior to convening the hearing.

Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.
