"Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities,” according to the Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report filed on March 1 with the Wisconsin Assembly. That conclusion represents but one of the key findings of election irregularities detailed in the nearly 150-page report—a report that also confirms the conclusion of the Racine County Sheriff’s office last fall that fraud occurred at nursing homes in Wisconsin."

Special Counsel Finds ‘Widespread Election Fraud’ In Nursing Homes

If there was nothing to find, why do you think there was so much effort and money spent by Democrats to delay, manipulate, and prevent investigations?

The actual report wont load, the nonsense spin from the federalist is not relevant to a reality based discussion.

Nursing homes have always been a hotbed for voter fraud. Elderly people who are happy to get a visitor, a little sweet talking, and sometimes even forgery and manipulation.

I wonder if it was enough for a 10,000 vote change in the election.

I have as little interest in your digest of the report as I do in the federalist's version. Show me the actual report.

I hope. It looks like the group contains some experienced investigators. And I noticed Wisconsin public radio merely said, for example: "Arkansas attorney Clint Lancaster, who represented a woman who sued Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son, for paternity last year. Lancaster is paid $10,000 a month."
They failed to mention the fact that a temporary agreement was reached by Clint Lancaster:
Now I knew Joe Biden has a grandchild that he does not acknowledge, note the number of grandchildren he says he has. What is wrong with an attorney taking a child support case? Here is the CNN story:

Hunter Biden agrees to pay child support in paternity case settlement

Hunter Biden agrees to pay child support in paternity case settlement - CNNPolitics

Taking on the Biden family can create big problems, good for Clint Lancaster for standing up for the woman and her child.

Certainly no conflict of interest or bias. Ummmmmm……. how many of these illustrious investigators are Republicans?

I read the report, though not in depth. I’m sleepy after doing so. It’s a GOP “investigation” with what may seem to be a predetermined outcome and GOP talking point recommendations.

It's impossible to take this thing seriously as a disinterested investigation:

"It is important to state what this Report is not. This Report is not intended to re- analyze the re-count that occurred in late 2020. And the purpose of this Report is not to challenge certification of the Presidential election, though in Appendix II we do sketch how that might be done."

It further goes on:
“Any decisions in that vein must be made by the elected
representatives of the people, that is, the Wisconsin Legislature. Yet it is clear that Wisconsin election officials’ unlawful conduct in the 2020 Presidential election casts grave doubt on Wisconsin’s 2020 Presidential election certification. This Report thus does surface very big questions: how should Presidential election certification occur in Wisconsin going forward and would the Legislature have any remedies to decertify if it wanted to do so?”

[Emphasis in original]
“How can we set aside votes that we might disagree with?”, seems somewhat antidemocratic.

According to the report, nursing home staff and administrators illegally handled absentee ballots, illegally assisted with “marking” residents’ ballots, illegally “witnessed” the voting, and possibly included forgery of the elderly residents’ signatures. Under Wisconsin law, these violations of the election code constitute fraud.

Just times out for me. Must be a regional thing.

Under Wisconsin law, has anyone been charged with a crime? If not why not?
