But Republics don't care who own guns. Everyone should be able to get them. It's the Democrats that want to stop evil people from owning guns. And make it harder for criminals to get them. That's what she's saying. And she's right.

Really? Are there regular house checks? They could have owned the guns for years. They could buy them at a gun show, where many vendors don't bother with background checks.

IMHO, this is a state's rights issue. I live a few miles from a city in another state. If our state chooses to allow concealed weapons, then fine. If not, we shouldn't be subject to those who our neighboring state chooses to allow to conceal weapons.

Does she just not know the law prohibits violent criminals from not just carrying, but being in possession of guns?

Does she just not know the law prevents domestic abusers from owning a gun?

Does she not know the law prevents stalker from owning a gun?
