From my point of view social justice can be a bit of a mixed bag. When it discourages hate and encourages love for your enemy then thats good. When it encourages things that God does not want man to do then thats not good. As a christian follow the bible, those who are not christians don't hold them to the same standards leave the judgement to God. All you can do is try to reach out to them and let them know God's message.
Whats is starting to happen is basically what Revelations fortold, so this should not be shocking. Hope that you don't live in the time when someone is not pointing a gun at you and forcing you to worship the devil or renounce your faith.

Again, check your Bible. You may want to get your money back if it is missing Scripture...

    See Acts 1:9-11

9 After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.
10 They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven

Cloud. In the sky. Gone. Coming back the same way.

    Spiritually literal.

    That is quite an assumption.

You are comparing your personal revelation to a Scriptural revelation from God to man on earth for the purpose of saving His people. Again, for your personal gain or for the benefit of others?

Don't be decieved by the angel of light...

I think this is generally a good approach, with the caveat that we recognise that it can be a part of something more sinister and that we are discerning.

Only God is going to save His people. If I'm obedient and blessed I may be used as His vessel, if I'm not obedient who knows? I realize that any broaching of "the end" or a "looming crisis" is going to get the requisite eye rolling, however I think the easy believism and "God will take care of me because I trusted Him at age 13 and I'm sure He loves me and will never chastise me because 'God is love'" attitude is going to get many many believers into trouble. A Godly shaking. We also know that our "God is a consuming fire", and that He "chastises EVERY son that He receives", anyone feel chastened lately? Corrected? Warned?

Are we just all cozy because we "just got comfortable here"?

God doesn't chasten when no correction is needed.

If you're not being chastened, it could also be that you're already being obedient.

If you're being perpetually chastened, it means you're not being obedient.

So you've attained sinless perfection? God chastens EVERY son He receives.

More gloom and doom. Seriously, where is your joy?

Regarding your "revelation", you made the comparison to Noah and Joseph. Their's were to save God's chosen people to save who were identified to both Noah and Joseph beforehand. It was also revealed to them what that impending disaster would be (flood, famine) and to tell others about it.

I see none of that from you, or at least that you are willing to admit or share. Therefore, your comparison fails miserably. Sounds like yours is just to save yourself, so I would question the source of that revelation.

We still have the Bible and I read about a collectivist Marxist government that is willing to exclude and starve non-participants in Revelation. I look around and I see more and more collectivism and more and more Marxism, it looks like a trend to me. I see doors open that lead me to prepare so I'm preparing, I want to be open for anything that the Lord has for me, if that means walking away without a dime and going to the Sudan I'll gladly go. If it means locking and loading it'll take a bit more convincing but I'm willing to do what He wants (and yes I've been shown that possibility too). The biggest thing the Lord has shown me is to depend on Him and not to hold on to anything too tightly, that He will show me specifically where to go and what to do when the time comes. His sheep hear His voice.

I wouldn't need divine revelation to be able to tell that bad stuff is going to start to happen, the fact that I have only confirms to me that some of the stuff He has shown me is likely to start soon. What I see and feel as far as prompting seems to be indicating this too. I am excited by it, not gloomy and not afraid. Creation is going to get delivered.

Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

    (1Pe 4:16-19)

And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house. And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city. And it came to pass, while they were slaying them, and I was left, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy pouring out of thy fury upon Jerusalem? Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD seeth not. And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head.
    (Eze 9:3-10)

Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
    (2Pe 3:3-9)

How many days has it been?

So, IAL, if you claim to know the day and the hour, if you're claiming to be the recipient of some special knowledge from God, you'd better HOPE it all comes to pass. Because, you DO know the punishment for a false prophet, right?

Your doom and gloom makes me truly sad for you. What a horrible way to go through life. The fruit of the Spirit includes JOY! Joy at seeing God's creation, Joy at seeing the Lord work, Joy at just being alive...my friend, you need to get you some of that JOY!

Didn't see where IAL said he knew the day and hour, and if being aware that judgement day is coming makes you "doom and gloom" then the writers of the Bible must have been also completely joyless? All of them also said "soon" as well.

Nice try, no one knows the day or hour, but:

The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
    (Mat 16:1-3)

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
    (Jas 4:6-10)

    and for a little balance:

To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

I'll recycle the verse from James.

You're excited by the thought of bad things happening, and billions of people suffering? I really have no words for that. If you believe the world is really going to end imminently then you should despair, you should despair at the suffering that will soon fill the world. It wouldn't be like Left Behind you know, where people lost their kids and loved ones and then just carried on as normal going to work and shopping. People would panic, riot on the streets, civil order would break down, murder and violence would be everywhere. The strongest would grab the resources and the elderly, the disabled would starve or freeze to death. Thinking about this excites you? Is that because you'll be ok tucked away with your gold reserves, your guns and your bottled water?

Lusting after the misfortune of others is immoral, there is no other way around that. If your way of being a Christian has led you to a situation where you think only of yourself and your own salvation and welfare, and not for the people around you then may I humbly suggest you've took a wrong turn somewhere.
