Yes it is wise to mask up as well as have the vaccine. According to U.K stats for fully vaccinated people it gives you 88% protection. However if you are fully vaccinated and still get covid the chances are you will get it mildly as the vaccine should still give you some protection.

HANDS - FACE - SPACE - Wear a mask, wash your hands and keep your distance. The Ominicron virus does not seem as bad as the other variants but it's still a bit early tell. I think your teenage daughter is wise to make that decision if she feels wearing a mask won't effect her ability to learn.

Indeed many young people have died, most people would be surprised how many. There was a young homeless man around where I live, he had mental health problems and I would see him almost daily as he would sleep in the alleyways near my house. I tried to help him but he did not want help and did not like people trying to help him, at the beginning of all this covid business I would hear him with a nasty cough and just wished he would see a doctor, after about a week I never saw him again. He was about 23 years old I think and his family had disowned him due I think to his mental health. I can't help thinking this young man was a victim of covid because I'm pretty sure I would have seen him again by now. Hope I'm wrong.

Masking has proven wise even for colds and the flu (and the flu does still kill its quota). We should have been masking all along during flu season, as well as keeping distance and watching what we touch.

In Canada, where I live, the government is extorting people into unwanted vaccination through the vaccine-pass policy, forcing people into vaccination by threatening their livelihoods, restricting their access to various "non-essential" things, and slowly migrating toward incarceration of the unvaccinated in concentration camps, in emulation of China and Australia.

I have no anger towards you only disagreement, the more I read God's word the further I am from hate and anger and it is such a good feeling to have love in your heart as opposed to hate.

I take this opportunity to post from scripture again a very important message to us all.

Ephesians 6:12 - ''For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.''

I have myself struggled with anger in the past and it was the above scripture that made me see the truth. Satan would prefer it if you did not believe in him and his ability to effect lives, but the more you walk with Christ the less a hold he has over you.

The gospel is the means of our salvation but those who receive the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ are separated from the world (in the world, but not of it), delivered from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light.

Conspiracy theories surrounding the pandemic and vaccinations are almost all about the fear that the governments of this world are either taking advantage of the circumstances or creating them, in order to serve the ruler of this world, Satan. However, I can't understand how anyone believing the Lord can live in fear of a defeated enemy.

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

Our fear betrays Christ (as in the garden at Gethsemane) and only reveals an immaturity that we need to grow beyond in order to stand as His witnesses in these last days.

Well said Michael. I just don't understand how people who call themselves Christians could be so caught up in the conspiracy theories about the vaccine. It just shows a level of immaturity and lack of understanding of the message of Christ. People who live in fear, walk in darkness you just have to hope that one day they will find the light.
