Why not? We all exercise faith in a host of things every day. We do so most often because we have at least some reason for doing so. I have faith in other drivers on the road. I believe they will - for the most part - obey the rules of the road. I have faith in my doctor, my wife, my dentist, and many others, besides. I trust each of these because they have all given me good reason to do so. This is true also for my Christian faith. I don't believe blindly. I have reasons for my faith that are reasonable and strong. You can find many of those reasons here:
