It makes no difference! When you see a frog you immediately know that it was once an embryo which hatched into a tadpole and grew into a frog. We know this because we have studied this and have the empirical evidence.

I didn't expect to grow frogs, and I didn't. But I also put some tadpoles in the aquarium, and watched them develop into little frogs.

I put some snails in another aquarium, and I got hundreds of snails but no snakes.

On the other hand, I have studied the theory of evolution in college.
Please forgive me for not accepting everything they say as fact. I've seen too many falsehoods in the textbooks, which were not removed when they were proven false. I'm not telling you what to believe, I'm just telling you what I don't believe. I don't believe that higher organisms such as humans and e. coli bacteria evolved from lower organisms such as amoebas and slime molds.

I don't believe life spontaneously generated from nothing.
I don't believe that all matter in the universe was squeezed into a walnut and then the big bang happened.
I don't believe the earth is held up by an elephant standing on a turtle.

People believe the theory of evolution without knowing anything about it.
I disbelieve the theory of evolution, and I know something about it.
I'm waiting for a better theory.

Actually you are correct. Frogs will give rise to frogs, snails to snails, etc. Just as our ancestors gave rise to animals, vertebrates, tetrapods, mammals, primates, and apes. We are still all of the above. You cannot escape your ancestry. However, this does not mean that speciation does not occur, because we have documented that as well, both in nature and the lab.

Science is about forming hypotheses, and then testing those hypotheses.
Since the origin of species already happened, by whatever mechanism you accept, the hypothesis can't be tested.

So evolutionism is not science.
It is a belief system.

The effects of macroevolution are very much observable. Why do you on the one hand admit that you don't understand science and science does not matter to your you when it comes to human origins, and then on the other hand make claims about what is and is not "legitimate" science?
