Why is the same word with the same meaning have different spelling?

Refers to the prophecy of blessed Mary ever Virgin mother of God.

Isa
7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Fulfilled in matt

matt 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

It depends entirely on the translation being used. ESV, NKJV, and others translates both as Immanuel. I would imagine it has something to do with the Hebrew Scriptures being in Hebrew and the New Testament being in Greek.
