Why do most people find the Bible boring ?

Maybe they've lost that child-like awe and wonder and mystery maybe?

It happens sometimes, for various reasons, even with people who are required to be in the Bible all of the time, it can still sometimes happen.

Matthew 18:3 (ESV): 3 and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

It was written or a commentary noted that Jesus did not talk with everyone, and especially did not trust Himself to anyone , "because He Knows what is in men".

Maybe, who are the right people then ? Shouldn't we be spreading the word ?

Those who bring or carry the false gospel are anathema - and we are told not to greet them nor even share food with them lest we share in their abominable guilt.

Jesus is the Shepherd. He Shepherds His sheep. He guides us daily. Follow Him. Patiently.

It happens sometimes, for various reasons, even with people who are required to be in the Bible all of the time, it can still sometimes happen.

IMO the Bible is the most interesting book in the world, it gives us the past, present & future, it talks of giants to cosmology & has mysteries for us to seek & work out but most of all it tells of Jesus.
The Bible also tells us how we should behave, like not to lay down with the same gender as this is abomination unto God.
It also tells us what not to eat I could never get my head around why it would tell us not eat shell fish.

This is great, maybe it has something to do with Covid & they feel the end is near. New report reveals that masks, distancing, vaccinations during Covid were worthless

There are those who don't like reading. Especially something of substance. So reading it seems like a chore.

The Bible is not boring. It can be very difficult to pick it up and read / understand what it is saying. Maybe that is why many dont read it...

I dont read it as such but, i follow the daily scriptural readings and psalms.

I have read it. Some parts many times.

One thing I found helpful was in the genealogies to meditate on the stories associated with the names and what I learned from them.

Or been telling half-truths either, but the whole truth always, etc.

Nothing wrong with that, right?

Because it feels somewhat a little bit seductive, or a little bit scandalous sometimes, etc. Current tactics I am using right now currently sometimes, etc.

There are some things that everyone has been missing/overlooking or that no one saw or has been missing/overlooking for a lot of ages now sometimes, etc. And I can't help what I've found, or now know now sometimes, etc.
