That's just their bluff.
You can not test speciation over millions of years.
The fossil record doesn't help the idea either.
It really depends, Jlhbr, on how much endurance you have. It also depends on how long you can maintain your cool. Several on this site don't know how to be cool and participate in a theological discussion. As long as they continue to break the rules, I am going to confront them that they are braking the rules. Whether a consensus is reached or not, discussions are valuable, an opportunity to sharpen up your POV and writing skills.
Obviously i mean a kind changing into another kind, when new traits are added. We don't have to wait that long. Speciation has been observed in the laboratory and in the field. In real time.

It is well established that organisms can adapt to their environment, and this is what we can observe.
This is about DNA implication, not the changing of DNA.
Yes, mutations may survive too, that's how we get hereditary diseases.
To the best of my understanding, science is not supposed to operate like religion and politics.
How are you defining "kind" in this context?

True and it would be great if science did not get into religion of atheism and try to promote it ... -- but in the case of the topic of this thread - that is what happened in the with evolutionism -- even Darwin admitted that the doctrine on origins found in evolutionism - is not at all compatible with the Gospel, the Bible... Christianity.
About the last sentence, Hoghead- That's pretty much why I tried my hand at the debate when I had common ground with him/her (wishing this didn't cause so much division) and I had a chance to offer an answer (I don't understand why Christians don't discard evolution) . I'm just a little conflict shy
Yes, Darwin found some of his beliefs challenged by what he observed. .
Speciation involves crossing of the species barrier. It has been observed in both the laboratory and the field. You should do some research.
