Upon observation and investigation,
it may be seen (found out), that the persecuted assemblies in countries such as in east Asia
are found more pure, true and faithful
than in the usa. The believers there, in several other countries, have testified that they are praying for the USA because of the poor spiritual conditions in the USA (and Britain and Europe).

Nowadays all the world knows Bible, but in many countries (especially the east asians ones) the Bible never spread widely

Only 2 or more are required. Larger numbers than that have no spiritual significance.

Originally, when Jesus was alive and after His resurrection, God's Word tells us that all the world knew of Him. While believers were not called "Christians" until Antioch, God tells us the He has placed knowledge of Him inside each one of us, believer yet or not.

Okay...was that your question?

Not just originally, but all through history FEW of "all the world" have followed or honored YHWH(God) or JESUS. Even while JESUS was on earth, and ever after ,so far.

Well, if that's the idea... we can go back to the garden when 1 out of 2 didn't believe God's Word. ;)
GOOD! At that time, after they were driven from the Garden , for a while,
and then once more in the history of the world,
more than half of the population believed in (and trusted?) YHWH.

Other than those two relatively short times, there's been mostly wickedness and evil on earth/ in the whole population.
