My mind has been racing so much.
It always is.
But quarantine has just increased it.
Going over the same old situations, wondering if I did/am doing the right things, etc, etc.
I just can’t be still.
If I’m not worrying about one thing, it’s the next.
Why can’t I be still?
Why can’t I just be secure in my Faith?
I Pray without ceasing and read the Bible, and it always helps.
But while doing chores, or just trying to sleep, it’s there.
Advice?

I have the tendency of doing the same thing. Try practicing mindfulness. What it is is staying in the moment and experiencing it as it is without projecting your own biases upon it.

Keep your eyes upon Jesus alone, as Peter did before he began to sink.

And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

I’ve experienced racing thoughts before and it is a pretty bad experience. I do not know if there is a cure but God can heal if it’s in his will. Keep your head up and know that it will not last forever. Endure to the end of your season of suffering and know that Jesus is with you.

Depending on how severe the racing thoughts are (eg full blown anxiety attack or stil able to think coherently?) would it help to try doing somethign you enjoy- to try and "block" those thoughts the best you can?
