I take medication in the morning and at night time, I eat every 3 hours or less, and I lack exercising. I also think about what should I eat before I eat within a short time. Because of this, I had been gaining weight rapidly. What should I do?
It seems counter-intuitive, but try some fat. A lot of people aren't getting sufficient amounts of good fats in their diet, so go for something like brazil nuts or avocado.
