According to the Bible, Jesus, Paul and John revealed, those of us who belong to His Church, will be CAUGHT UP [Raptured] to Him in the clouds of the sky, before the antichrist is revealed, as recorded in 2 Thes.2:3 and 7-8. Who triggers the seven year tribulation/70th Week of Daniel, God decreed Israel to go through in Dan.9:27.

[In connection with the Church = Jn.14:1-4 and 28; 1 Thes.4:14-18 and 2 Thes.2:1-8]. In connection with Israel = Jer.30:7 and Dan.9:27, where the person who 'confirms a covenant/treaty/agreement with Israel is the antichrist, and all three of the "he's" in that vs, triggers the 70th and final 'Week,'/seven year tribulation/Day of the Lord. Seen also in 2 Thes.2:3-4 and 7- 8].

Jesus said He has two sheep folds, Israel whom He was addressing, and the "other one He must also bring," the Church, according to Jn.10:16. He prophecied that they will become one fold with one Shepherd. He also said many who are first will be last [Israel] and many who are last will be first [The Church] in Mt.19:30. This will be fullfilled after the first resurrection af all the tribulation saints, in Rev.20:4-6, and then rule with Christ for 1,000 years, in Rev.4 and 6.

He meant His Church will be CAUGHT UP to be with Him before the tribulation, according to 1 Thes.4:16-17 and 2 Thes.2:1-8] and that Israel will go through the tribulation [Dan.9:27]. When Israel finally recognizes Jesus as their Messiah, according to Zech.12:10 , they will then come into the same sheep fold with the Church and the two will become one fold, with Jesus being the one Shepherd, when He establishes His Millennial kingdom here on earth according to Rev.20:6.

When the Church is Caught Up to be with the Lord in heaven, the antichrist is revealed and the tribulation begins, according to 2 Thes.2:3-4, 7-8; Dan.9:27 and Rev.6:2].

The overview of the tribulation, begins with the first of the four riders, on the white horse, who is the antichrist, in the first of seven seals; after the six seals, before the seventh seal that contains the seven trumpet judgements begins in Rev.; God will send 144,000 consisting of 12,000 Israelites from each of twelve of their tribes, that He "redeems from the earth" according to Rev.14:3. Sealing them, and they become converted believers in Jesus Christ who will take the place of the Raptured Church, to preach the Eternal Gospel in their absence, to all those left on the earth, according to Rev.7:1-8. Whom God will send here from heaven [as He will His two witnesses of Rev.11].

They were the righteous ones in OT Sheol when Jesus preached the gospel to them, according to 1 Pet.3:18-20. Then when He ascended into heaven, in Acts 1:9, He took all the righteous ones who came from OT Sheol with Him, as seen in Eph.4:7-10, fulfilling the prophecy in Ps.68:18. [During OT times, the spirits of the righteous dead went to Sheol, as did the wicked, because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sin, according to Heb.10:3-4, Lk.16:19-23 and in Ps.49:14-15, until Jesus shed His blood and died on the cross, amplified by Paul in Rom.3:25-26.

The efforts of their work as evangelists is then revealed in the parenthetic [preview] view of the Great Multitude seen in heaven, recorded in Rev.7:9-17, who represents all of those who will be saved during the tribulation, and who are also the martyrs who participate in the first resurrection of Rev.20:4-6. They are the tribulation saints and are the ones who will be left behind, when the Church is raptured, and do not belong to the Church, until after the 144,000 bring them to the Lord. The 144,000 do not belong to the Church or they would be raptured with the Church before the tribulation begins.

When their work is finished, the 144,000 will be translated, and return to heaven, in Rev.14:1-5. When that happens, the earth will once again be without anyone to preach the Eternal Gospel. So God will commission an angel to do so in Rev.14:6-7.

Therefore, the 144,000 are all converted Israelites who take the place of the departed Raptured Church to preach the Gospel to all those who will be left behind when Jesus comes to take His Church with Him to our Father in heaven, as previously address above, documented in Jn.14:2-4 and 28; 1Thes.4:13-17 and 2 Thes.2:1-8.

The 144000 will welcome Lord Jesus with his raptured saints in Jerusalem after Jesus returns from heaven to Armageddon battle and then Jesus feet will touch again the mount of Olives probably at the same spot where he left 2000 years ago.
Zechariah 14:5 ... and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives,...

It's far better than that.

The Church and the 144,000

Revelation 7:3-4 describe the 144,000 as “sealed.” That description is reserved in the NT for believers in Christ – His Body and Bride – the Church:

2 Corinthians 1:21-22
Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge.

Ephesians 1:13
In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,

Ephesians 4:30
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

The Revelation 7 passage is therefore conveying the insight that the OT Israelitish faithful saints of God are included under the NT banner of the Church. This is further confirmed by the meanings of the names of the listed tribes and substitutes (Levi and Joseph replacing Dan and Ephraim), describing spiritual qualities and experiences of those who comprise the Church:
Of additional significance is the order in which the names are presented, differing from the usual presentation by order of birth. In particular, Judah appears first, in recognition of its role as the tribal progenitor of Christ, the Lion of Judah.

While rebellion and apostasy were repetitive afflictions of the OT Israelites, there were still thousands who remained faithful (1 Kings 19:18). Their number can be depicted as 12, representing faithful OT saints, one from each of the 12 tribes.

Revelation 14 continues the descriptions further reflecting the qualities and experiences of the redeemed – the Church. Absent here is any mention of tribal, ethnic, or other distinctions, thus conveying the reality of the inclusivity and oneness of the NT Church which now embraces both Israelite and Gentile. Its number can also be depicted as 12, representing the 12 apostles, who with the prophets comprise the foundation of the NT church, with Christ as the Chief Cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20). The NT Church's inclusivity and oneness are declared in the following:

Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:14
For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall…

Thus we have...:
...when multiplied together, yielding 144,000 representing the Church through the ages in its fullness.

The 144,00 are described as celibate, meaning that as the Bride of Christ, they are not defiled by adultery with the world (James 4:4). They sing a new song of deliverance and victory. They follow Christ wherever He goes. Their residence is heavenly Jerusalem on Mount Zion. (Hebrews 12:22)

No doubt about it…the Church is written all over the 144,000

First of all, the Scriptures could not possibly make the identity of the 144,000 Israelites more clear than the documentation of them in Rev.7:1-8. If they had been on earth at the time of the Church rapture, they would be raptured with them and in heaven for the marriage to the Lamb/Jesus, in Rev.19:7-8, while the tribulation is taking place on earth. They do not belong to the Church, nor do they have anything whatever to do with the DEPARTED Church who will be CAUGHT UP to heaven BEFORE the tribulation begins, as recorded in Jn.14:2-3, 28; 1 Thess.4:16-17; 2 Thess.2:3 and 7-8; Rev3:10 and 4:1-2.

The following is an excerpt from the OP providing the complete description of the 144,000 ID, and what their mission is going to be:

Therefore, the 144,000 are all converted Israelites who take the place of the departed Raptured Church to preach the Gospel to all those who will be left behind when Jesus comes to take His Church with Him to our Father in heaven, as previously address above, documented in Jn.14:2-4 and 28; 1Thes.4:13-17 and 2 Thes.2:1-8.<<<

Rev 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

2Co_11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

Rom 16:5 Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ.

I read it all, but didn't reply to it all for space sake's. There are a few differences I have with a few things that I'll mention latter. But first I want to give my perspective on the 144,000 and we can go from there, expand the debate outwards from that point of emphasis.

Rev. 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. {{ The Four Winds bring forth the BEAST in Dan. 7 thus Rev. 13 also.....Dan 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. Thus this is the timing of the Anti-Christ coming forth in the very First Seal. Its the Midway point of the Tribulation period. }}

2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.........etc. etc. etc. 12 x 12 in my opinion equals the fullness of Israel. All Israel will be saved, not every Jew of course but Israel as a nation, there seed is preserved.

I see this happening at the Midway Point of the tribulation, thus I see the 144,000 as the Jews who Flee unto the Wilderness, in Petra I guess, they are shown as the Fullness of Israel via the 12 x 12, God protects them (seals them in the forehead) and the scripture above says hurt not the trees, nor the seas, nor the earth until they are SEALED or Protected by God in the Wilderness. Then the Trumpet Judgments/Plagues can commence. This happens after the Marriage in Rev. ch. 19 because the church in Rev. 7:14 below, already has their White Robes.

Rev. 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Rev. 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

So Jesus brings the Jewish Saints from the Wilderness with him when he lands on Mt. Zion, he goes by Perta and say, LETS ROLL. The 144,000 are never saod to preach to anyone, that is men's traditions, the Angel preachers.

Rev. 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

No where does it say the 144,000 preach unto mankind, REREAD IT !!

Now back to Rev. ch. 7.

Rev. 7:9 After this (After the MID-WAY Point/Israel Protected) I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues (Church in Heaven after they Marry the Lamb see Above Rev. 19:7-8), stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? {{ Its the Church that came out of the Tribulation of the 2000 year Church Age }}

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation (2000 year Church Age which had TRIBULATION), and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. {{ We get our Robes at the Marriage to the Lamb in Rev. 19, IN HEAVEN. }}

15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

These are not the Tribulation Martyrs in Rev. ch. 6, those under the Alter in the 5th Seal are told they must wait....WAIT UNTIL THEIR FELLOW BROTHERS ARE KILLED ALSO !! Thus they have to wait until the Beasts 42 Month Reign is over to be resurrected, and Rev. 20 Bears this out.

Rev. 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them (Church): and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image (Has to be Tribulation Martyrs), neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

{{ So the Tribulation Martyrs who are Killed/Beheaded live and reign with Christ on earth for 1000 tears. They are Judged after Jesus' return. They are NEVER SEEN IN HEAVEN. The Church is seen in Heaven in Rev. 4, 5, 7 and 19. Rev. 19 covers the full 7 Year end time period. }}

Now back to Rev. ch. 7.

Rev. 7:9 After this (After the MID-WAY Point/Israel Protected) I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues (Church in Heaven after they Marry the Lamb see Above Rev. 19:7-8), stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Amen.

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? {{ Its the Church that came out of the Tribulation of the 2000 year Church Age }}

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation (2000 year Church Age which had TRIBULATION), and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. {{ We get our Robes at the Marriage to the Lamb in Rev. 19, IN HEAVEN. }}

{{ So the Tribulation Martyrs who are Killed/Beheaded live and reign with Christ on earth for 1000 tears. They are Judged after Jesus' return. They are NEVER SEEN IN HEAVEN. The Church is seen in Heaven in Rev. 4, 5, 7 and 19. Rev. 19 covers the full 7 Year end time period. }}

I read it all, but didn't reply to it all for space sake's. There are a few differences I have with a few things that I'll mention latter. But first I want to give my perspective on the 144,000 and we can go from there, expand the debate outwards from that point of emphasis.

Rev. 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. {{ The Four Winds bring forth the BEAST in Dan. 7 thus Rev. 13 also.....Dan 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. Thus this is the timing of the Anti-Christ coming forth in the very First Seal. Its the Midway point of the Tribulation period. }}

The OP provides the precise chronological order of events, God will provide for the 144,000 Israelite evaneliosts during the seven year tribulation yet to come. The Great Multitude in Rev.7:9-17 relates to the result of their mission. When it has been completed, they will e translated back to heaven, recorded in Rev.14.

From another source:

Question: "Who are the 144,000?"

Answer:
The book of Revelation has always presented the interpreter with challenges. The book is steeped in vivid imagery and symbolism which people have interpreted differently depending on their preconceptions of the book as a whole. There are four main interpretive approaches to the book of Revelation: 1) preterist (which sees all or most of the events in Revelation as having already occurred by the end of the 1st century); 2) historicist (which sees Revelation as a survey of church history from apostolic times to the present); 3) idealist(which sees Revelation as a depiction of the struggle between good and evil); 4) futurist (which sees Revelation as prophecy of events to come). Of the four, only the futurist approach interprets Revelation in the same grammatical-historical method as the rest of Scripture. It is also a better fit with Revelation’s own claim to be prophecy (Revelation 1:3; 22:7, 10, 18, 19).

So the answer to the question “who are the 144,000?” will depend on which interpretive approach you take to the book of Revelation. With the exception of the futurist approach, all of the other approaches interpret the 144,000 symbolically, as representative of the church and the number 144,000 being symbolic of the totality—i.e., the complete number—of the church. Yet when taken at face value: “Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel” (Revelation 7:4), nothing in the passage leads to interpreting the 144,000 as anything but a literal number of Jews—12,000 taken from every tribe of the “sons of Israel.” The New Testament offers no clear cut text replacing Israel with the church.

These Jews are “sealed,” which means they have the special protection of God from all of the divine judgments and from the Antichrist to perform their mission during the tribulation period (see Revelation 6:17, in which people will wonder who can stand from the wrath to come). The tribulation period is a future seven-year period of time in which God will enact divine judgment against those who reject Him and will complete His plan of salvation for the nation of Israel. All of this is according to God’s revelation to the prophet Daniel (Daniel 9:24–27). The 144,000 Jews are a sort of “first fruits” (Revelation 14:4) of a redeemed Israel which has been previously prophesied (Zechariah 12:10; Romans 11:25–27), and their mission seems to be to evangelize the post-rapture world and proclaim the gospel during the tribulation period. As a result of their ministry, millions—“a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language” (Revelation 7:9)—will come to faith in Christ.

Much of the confusion regarding the 144,000 is a result of the false doctrine of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. The Jehovah’s Witnesses claim that 144,000 is a limit to the number of people who will reign with Christ in heaven and spend eternity with God. The 144,000 have what the Jehovah’s Witnesses call the heavenly hope. Those who are not among the 144,000 will enjoy what they call the earthly hope—a paradise on earth ruled by Christ and the 144,000. Clearly, we can see that Jehovah’s Witness teaching sets up a caste society in the afterlife with a ruling class (the 144,000) and those who are ruled. The Bible teaches no such “dual class” doctrine. It is true that there will be people ruling in the millennium with Christ. These people will be comprised of the church (believers in Jesus Christ, 1 Corinthians 6:2), Old Testament saints (believers who died before Christ’s first advent, Daniel 7:27), and tribulation saints (those who accept Christ during the tribulation, Revelation 20:4). Yet the Bible places no numerical limit on this group of people. Furthermore, the millennium is different from the eternal state, which will take place at the completion of the millennial period. At that time, God will dwell with us in the New Jerusalem. He will be our God and we will be His people (Revelation 21:3). The inheritance promised to us in Christ and sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13–14) will become ours, and we will all be co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).

I see this happening at the Midway Point of the tribulation, thus I see the 144,000 as the Jews who Flee unto the Wilderness, in Petra
the sealing happens within the first 3.5 years of tribulation be4 the 7 trumpets that destroys the earth, sea and trees :
Rev 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

The 144000 didnt flee unto wilderness but they will be gathered on Mt.Sion be4 their duties begin :
Rev 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

THOSE RUN AWAY TO WILDERNESS ARE THE JEWS IN ISRAEL WHEN THEY SEE AOD AT THE 3RD TEMPLE SO THIS VERSE WILL BE FULFILLED :
Mark 13:14 "When you see 'the abomination that causes desolation' standing where it does not belong--let the reader understand--then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

No where does it say the 144,000 preach unto mankind,
Isaiah 66:18b-19 I will gather peoples of every race and language.....I will put a sign on some of those survivors and they will go out to the nations....to proclaim My glory to them.

You make far too many wrong statements, to your discredit.
It is, of course, the false belief of a rapture of the Church, that makes you deny the truth of the 144,000 being Christians. Faithful believers, Jew and Gentile; alive now

Rapture of the Wise virgins will happen whether you believe it or not but the unbelievers who deny it will not be the part of it.

The 144000 will be all the real HEBREW and they shall be servants of God in tribulation, but the raptured saints will be in heaven.

My mistake - mind boggled at the time of writing :)

Jesus mentioned during his arrest that he could call on his Father and have 12 legion of Angels at his Disposal. I concluded that a Legion of Angels might be somehow related to this figure.

Who did James address his letter to?

Jas 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
Jas 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jas 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

Understanding the operation of the blessing and that birthright is essential to understanding that the 144,000 are merely the firstfruits "blessing" of the LORD.

Keras is right about Isa 66. But it also states there that the woman is not the remnant of Israel, but is in fact, Zion, the city of Jerusalem. The remnant of Israel flees into the four winds of earth, not the wilderness.
Her regathering will begin shortly after the rapture takes place.

*[[Mat 24:31]] KJV* And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

*[[Isa 11:12]] KJV* And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

The great multitude and the 144,000: Much controversy surrounds them. Who are they and what do they do?

Revelation 7:1-8 sets an earthly scene and says that 12,000 will come from each of the 12 tribes of Israel. This is immediately followed by verses 9-14, telling about a huge crowd of people from every tribe, race, nation and language, who have just passed through a great ordeal.

This ordeal can be logically assumed to be the just previous; Sixth Seal worldwide disaster, that will destroy the attackers of Israel, as well as many ungodly Israelis. The Psalms 83, Micah 4:11-12, + event of the Lord's terrible Day of vengeance and wrath.
Many prophesies tell us that all of the holy Land will be cleared and cleansed at that time, in preparation for the establishment of a righteous nation there. Isaiah 62:1-5, Psalms 37:9-11
A people who will be God’s witnesses, Isaiah 43:10, John 15:27 and His Light to the nations. Isaiah 49:8, Matthew 5:14-16

Revelation 14:1-5 also tells us about the 144,000. The Lord stands on Mt Zion and they are with Him. John then sees a flying angel, who is loudly proclaiming the Gospel throughout the earth.

We know that Bible prophecy is a little here, a little there, so to gain more understanding on this subject, we look at Isaiah 66:15-21, where it says the Lord will judge with fire and many will be killed by Him. After that, He will gather His people, as many prophesies clearly state; Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Jeremiah 23:3-4, +
They are people from every nation, coming on every means of transport, a huge number of people, Jeremiah 31:8-9, some of whom, God will put a sign on and will send to the nations to proclaim His Glory.

From these and other Bible prophesies, we are told that the Lord will correct the current situation of having ungodly people in His holy Land. Jeremiah 12:14 says He will uproot all of them and it will be only the righteous believers who will live there. Those who like to believe in a 'rapture to heaven' of the Church and the Day of the Lord's wrath happening at the Return of Jesus, have no proper scriptural support for those theories.

Therefore, the sequence is: a soon to happen Day of disaster for the world and all who stood firm in their faith and called out to the Lord for His protection, will go to live in all of the holy Land. There: soon after the fiery Judgement, the Lord will be revealed to them, as 2 Thessalonians 1:4b-10 exactly states.

He will stand on Mt Zion, in Jerusalem and all the people will be divided into 12 groups according to their family characteristics. From each of them, He will select 12,000 young men, who will go out in pairs to proclaim the coming Kingdom of Jesus. The ‘angel’ of Revelation 14:6-7 is symbolic for them.

There will be more trials and testing for those people, as prophesied, but it will not be more than 20 years before Jesus Returns to commence His Millennium reign.

Thanks for pointing out Obadiah 1:19-21 It states that the Lord's people will possess all the holy Land. Preceded by Obadiah 1:15-18 The Day of the Lord is at hand for all the nations.....a fire will burn up the ungodly peoples and there will be no survivors of them. But on Mt Zion there will be a holy remnant.....
Romans 9:27, Isaiah 6:11-13
So, the bulk of the Lord's people must come from around the world, from every race, nation and language, all of His faithful Christian people. Jews and Gentiles. His righteous people, in His Land, as God always wanted, but has never yet had. Will God's purpose fail? No: and He will fulfil His promises to the Patriarchs, as their descendants by faith, occupy their heritage. Galatians 3:26-29
