Does Yeshua Himself reign on earth for 1000 years before the end of the age?

Acts 3:21. Heaven has received Him until the restoration of all things spoken of by all
the holy prophets since the world began.

Ezekiel 34:23-31. And I will set up one shepherd over them and he shall feed them,
my servant David, he shall feed them and he shall be their shepherd. And I the Lord
shall be their God and David a prince among them
. I the Lord have spoken it and I will make with them a covenant of peace.

Ezekiel 37:24-28. And David my servant shall be king over them and they shall all have one shepherd over them...and they shall dwell in the land I have given to Jacob my servant... and David shall be their prince forever. Moreover, I will make a covenant of peace with them, an everlasting covenant...and I will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

Is rule by granted authority not familiar to all who know the scriptures?
Joseph ruled in Egypt, Daniel in Babylon and Persia. Even Mordecai had his say.
The Millennial Reign of Messiah is the seventh day of mankind.
Is there not one final rebellion at the end?
Is this not foreshadowed by the end of Solomon's reign?

In the millennial kingdom of the house of David, people live long prosperous lives,
    but not eternal lives.
    Isaiah 65:20.
One who dies at 100 will be as if a child, but a sinner of 100 years will know
    they are cursed.

During the 1000 year reign the law of God will be enforced from Jerusalem and
the word of God will come forth from mount Zion. (Isaiah 2.)
And after these 1000 years there will be one final rebellion. Sin will continue during the millennium and will be dealt with by the law.

1 Timothy 1:9. Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane.

Satan will be bound and man will know that there is a sin nature in him that cannot be blamed on
“the devil made me do it”. Sinners will chafe under the law of God for 1000 years. This is foreshadowed in the Old Testament, for after the glorious 40 year reign of Solomon, a kingdom like no other on earth, the people rebelled, complaining of the severity of his reign.

Isaiah 33:14. The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness has seized the hypocrites:
Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire?
Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?”

Messiah Yeshua remains at the right hand of the Father until all enemies are under His feet.
    1 Corinthians 15:
25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
27 For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,
it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted.
28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.

These everlasting covenants are without respect of persons. The terms are final.
    Revelation 2:
26 And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give
    power over the nations—
    27 ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron;
They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’—
as I also have received from My Father

There is no millennium. It is a pharisee doctrine Christ refuted many times in the gospels. The Millennium is a Pharisee Doctrine

Shall reign over the land which was given to Jacob.

Ezekiel 37:25 They will live in the land that I gave to My servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They will live there forever with their children and grandchildren, and My servant David will be their prince forever.

The first resurrection consists of those who died for thier testimony of Christ and who had not worshiped the beast or his image. They shall live and reign with Christ 1000 years in the land promised to Jacob.

If you look closely at the land promised to Jacob, you will find a beast. Upon this beast is ten horns who look much alike and a little horn who is diverse from his fellows. The little horn that is different shall persecute the saints in his kingdom for 42 months untill Christ comes.
The promised land is destroyed in war and the saints who the little horn persecuted will be given that kingdom for ever.

The little horn is Israel, and the saints who are persecuted in Israel are Israelis. The saints do as Jesus told them to do in the gospel.

Matthew 10:23 When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next. Truly I tell you, you will not reach all the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

We are already in Revelation 20. The kingdom has already come. The king is already enthroned in Mount Sion. Satan was defeated at the first advent.

You believe the kingdoms of Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, and Israel have already become the kingdoms of Christ and he reigns there?
    Seriously?
When exactly did Christ's reign start over the promised land and why does Muhammed have so many followers there?

Ezekiel 37:25 They will live in the land that I gave to My servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They will live there forever with their children and grandchildren, and My servant David will be their prince forever.

You are ripping this one verse out of its context.
The passage begins with a reference to the New Heavens and the New Earth, and ends with a reference to the end of the curse.
Therefore, your interpretation of the verse above cannot be correct.

Isa 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Isa 65:18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
Isa 65:19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
Isa 65:20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
Isa 65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
Isa 65:22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
Isa 65:23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.
Isa 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
Isa 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

The beginning of verse 20 begins with a negative statement, and the rest of the verse does not translate well into English.
None of the things after the word "thence" are found in the New Heavens and the New Earth. There will be no more infants dying.
There is no more crying in the previous verse.

You cannot have death in the New Heavens and the New Earth.
We know this because the curse has been reversed at the end of the passage.

The new heavens and new earth is after the 1000 years the resurrected saints and Christ reign in the promised land before Death and hell are cast into the lake of fire. So Yea, you can still have death. But those resurrected saints won't die.I would think the nations they reign over can.

    We shall see.

How many Bible scholars can you find which say death occurs in the New Heavens and the New Earth?

If you are going to make statements like the above, try to base it on scripture, instead of on you.

    You shouldn't find any.
This thread is about the millenial kingdom which takes place before the new heaven and new earth.

Try to understand. Try your best.

There is a war in the Middle East that devestates the earth. After that war Israel (those who had died for thier testimony of Christ and who did not worship the beast or his image) lives and reigns in the land promised to Jacob. The land will recover from that war. They will live safely without any manmade defences. No walls or bars. After they have lived there in complete safety for about 1000 years, Gog invades the land of Israel and God destroys Gog and all those nations that come against the saints.

This thread is about the 1000 years between the time of that terrible war which the earth recovers from and the time in which Gog invades Israel.

You believe no one can die and clearly Gog dies on the mountains of Israel during that time.
The new heavens and new earth come afterward.

I understand what you are saying very well, because you supplied no scripture to back up your story found above.

You cannot show us any mortals left alive on the planet at the end of Matthew 25:31-46, but you are welcome to invent some.

Well if you want to believe Gog is God, you have at it but I'm telling you he is a mortal and he will die after the millennial reign.
Here is scripture to back it up but everyone here knows you don't believe it so it does no good showing you scripture you reject.

Revelation 20:4 Then I saw the thrones, and those seated on them had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image, and had not received its mark on their foreheads or hands. And they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:5 The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years were complete. This is the first resurrection.
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:7 When the thousand years are complete, Satan will be released from his prison,
Revelation 20:8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth--Gog and Magog--to assemble them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the seashore.
Revelation 20:9 And they marched across the broad expanse of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, into which the beast and the false prophet had already been thrown. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and the One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them.
Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne. And there were open books, and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books.
Revelation 20:13 The sea gave up its dead, and Death and Hades gave up their dead, and each one was judged according to his deeds.
Revelation 20:14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death--the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:15 And if anyone was found whose name was not written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.

Now would you like to read Ezekiels take on this millennial reign which takes place after the great War?

Ezekiel 38:8 NIV: After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety.

Or would you like to read Isaiahs take on this same time period after the beast is destroyed and Israel has inherited the promised land?

Isaiah 14:1 KJV: For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.
Isaiah 14:2 KJV: And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

Read the end of Revelation chapter 20 first, if you want to understand the timing according to the Apostle Paul.

Paul said the fire comes at the return of Christ in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10.
The fire comes at the end of Revelation 20.

Paul said Christ judges both the living and the dead at His appearing in 2 Timothy 4:1. (See also Matthew 25:31-46, and John 5:27-30.)
The judgment comes at the end of Revelation 20.

Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Rev 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I'm sorry you can't seem to keep things in order.
The 1000 year reign with Christ comes after the beast is destroyed by fire at Christ's coming.
Perhaps it would help if you first learned who and where the beast is. The beast is a kingdom that is destroyed when Christ comes.
Yes the middle east is burned. But as Ezekiel said. The land recovers from that war.

Do you think it might help you understand if I showed you scripture of Egypt being destroyed and desolate without inhabitant and the Egyptians scattered throughout the countries and then regatherd into Egypt again?
Would you then understand there is going to be a terrible war but not everyone is killed and mortals (Egyptians) are allowed to live there again after the land recovers?Do you think that might help you understand?

I'm just trying to show you there are two separate events. The first war is Armegeddon, which is a regional war which takes place in the middle east. It is after that war that the saints receive the promised land. 1000 years later Gog invades. It is after Gog invades Israel and is destroyed by fire from God that then there will be a new heaven and new earth.

Does the condescending tone above seem to work with most of the people you know, or do you reserve it for those who disagree with you on this forum?

If that is what is required to make your doctrine work, you have revealed it for what it really is.

Maybe you can talk down to Dr. Sam Storms who is found below. He abandoned the doctrine you are now promoting, because he could not get it to fit his Bible.

He is ruling over His enemies. They will finally be put down and destroyed when Jesus comes. Then the kingdoms of this world will be the Lord's. No wicked survive His return.

I guess that means no. Egypt being totally destroyed and no one being able to live there for 40 years and then the Egyptians moving back into lower Egypt wouldn't help your doctrine because you believe everyone in the world will be destroyed and no mortals will survive the war which Egypt is destroyed in.
That's what happens when you take one event about one particular place and try to say it's the entire world.
    You end understanding nothing.

The person who made this thread knows what they are talking about and you can't understand them because you can't understand the word. You Spiritualize everything to the point where you can't understand simple verses. Then you want to argue over everything that you cant understand.

If you think your interpretation of the Old Testament proves Jesus wrong in Matthew 25:31-46, you have revealed your "understanding".

This is the fruit of the Premill doctrine, which only works by claiming the Book of Revelation is in chronological order.

Because Christ returns in Revelation 16:15-16, and also in chapter 19, we know the book is not in chronological order.

This is confirmed by the time of the judgment of the dead, with reward for some, and destruction for others, in Revelation 11:15-18.

My interpretation of the old tesiment prophecies of the end times is the exact same as the new tesiment prophecies of the end times.
    An exact match.
Your the one who attempts to convince everyone that you were resurrected from the dead.
That the revelation given by Christ in Revelation 20 is out of order.
Fact is after the first resurrection of the dead, there are still mortals on the earth and you just can't stand the fact that there will be.
It's proven in both the new and old testaments.
Facts are facts. You have not been killed for your testimony of Christ and you have not been resurrected.
